📍 Rare and highly sought-after hybrid cultivar resulting from the cross of Soehrensia purpureopilosa and Soehrensia thelegona. Both are native to the Cordoba region in Argentina. It belongs to the family Cactaceae.
🌡️USDA ZONE 8b. It has excellent cold tolerance, as its ancestors inhabit the xerophytic forests known as "Chaco" at altitudes up to 2000 m, and it can withstand temperatures of -9ºC.
☀️It needs sun or a PAR radiation intensity greater than 25 moles of photons daily.
🌸 Purple or white nocturnal flowers up to 10 cm in diameter. It blooms from 10-12 years of age between June and August.
💧Winter rest. Abundant watering is recommended between March and October. Allow to dry between waterings by testing the dry substrate with the "wooden stick" technique.
