Improve the sustenance of your cacti and other succulents now with Desert Soil® Cactaceae.
Facilitates the assimilation of nutrients
Improves plant vigor and flowering
Prolongs the life of root hairs
COMPOSITION.
It has 7.2 mycorrhizal fungal spores per gram impregnated in an organic fertilizer composed mainly of fulvic and humic acids derived from Leonardite (natural humus) and algae extracts.
Providing organically a concentration of NPK 3-4-3 nutrients. Nitrogen (N): 3%, Phosphorus Pentoxide (P2O5): 4%, Potassium Oxide (K2O): 3%,
Beneficial microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) that grow in soils of arid and semi-arid regions generate symbiotic relationships with the roots of cacti, succulents and other xerophytic plants in deserts. They allow cacti to explore and absorb nutrients in the micropores of the soil that are inaccessible to the small absorbent hairs on the cacti's roots. Due to its thickness of 0.2 mm. Mycorrhizae also have a fungistatic effect against pathogenic fungi.
HOW TO USE.
Application at the time of transplant. Bury it in the root environment.
Dose: 1. Garden: 200 g/m2. 2. Pot: 10 g/plant (or a teaspoon). (about 70 fungal spores)
APPLICATION BY INJECTION in a pot without transplant: take the dose you are going to use per plant (10 g) and prepare an aqueous suspension by shaking vigorously in 50 ml of water. Absorb the mixture with the help of a pastry syringe or meat masher and introduce it into the substrate in the root area.
Avoid using systemic or soil fungicides for 3 weeks before and after application. Use in home gardening.

Iron is a non-mobilizable nutrient, it is one of the microelements that is most commonly lacking in our plants and yet it is a crucial element for their healthy life, since it is involved in the production of chlorophyll, a pigment responsible for photosynthesis. The lack of iron can be detected by observing the tips of the leaves of our plant; if they are yellowish, it is usually due to a lack of iron. In the case of cacti we will observe the yellowish color in the area of new growth, near the apex.
Feed your plants with Desert CHOICE® IRON, promoting their growth and health.

AREAS OF PHYTOSANITARY ACTION:
🌵▶ 1. PREVENTION By controlling the six basic principles of growing any plant: light, temperature, water, air, soil, and nutrition, health problems are minimized. And by preventing the entry of pathogens through wounds or weak points such as the neck of our plants.
🌵▶ 2. OBSERVATION Monitoring our cacti and learning to identify and diagnose the three main threats that I call “the skull trio”: • Fungi • Mealybugs: limpet and cottony cushion scale • The mite known as the red spider
🌵▶ 3. INTERVENTION
▶ APPLYING DIRECT CONTROL MEASURES:
Mechanical or physical. Insect nets, hormone traps, water spraying
Biological. Predatory insects, auxiliary fauna
Chemist . Selective and efficient plant protection molecules. Aiming to achieve eradication as quickly as possible.

“As little as possible, but as much as necessary” is the motto of INTEGRATED PEST and DISEASE CONTROL based on environmental respect.
-------------
Pyriproxyfen and difenoconazole can be mixed, but with pyriproxyfen, treatments must be separated by 14 days and with difenoconazole by 7 to 14 days.
If you mix both in a single application, it is recommended to wait 14 days between applications.
ADJUST THE DOSES OF THESE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED PHYTOSANITARY RECIPES AND THEIR ADAPTATION TO XEROPHYTIC PLANTS.
