📍Hybrid cultivar. Leaves with very contrasting white lines in relief against the dark green of its leaves, like its male parent, and leaves in sets of 3 like its female parent. Its hard leaves store water to withstand drought periods.

📍 Its parents come from the Little Karoo and the easternmost region of South Africa. The species Haworthiopsis scabra is one of the four representatives of the Section Trifariae, which is one of the seven sections described in Gildenhuys & Klopper's (2016) publication on its taxonomy. It belongs to the Alooideae tribe within the Asphodelaceae family.

🌡️USDA ZONE 9a. It can tolerate light frosts. The minimum recommended temperature is -4ºC.

☀️For healthy, stress-free growth, it needs partial shade or a PAR radiation intensity greater than 20 moles of photons per day.

🌸 Small, white, bilabiate flowers. It flowers several times per season from 3-4 years old when temperature and water access conditions are suitable.

💧It is opportunistic. It can be watered throughout the year, always allowing the substrate to dry out between waterings. It does not rest in summer like its cousins, the Haworthias.
