🔍 Leaves with smooth, light green "windows." It belongs to the Trifariae section, meaning its rosettes are arranged in series of three leaves and can form long, branched stems.

📍 Succulent with a wide distribution throughout the Little Karoo, between the Western Cape province near the city of Ladismith and the Eastern Cape province near Willowmore in the Republic of South Africa. It inhabits various climatic zones with very different temperature and precipitation ranges. It lives in mountainous areas up to 1,500 m in altitude. It belongs to the Alooideae tribe within the Asphodelaceae family.

🌡️ USDA Zone from 8a to 11a. Can tolerate frost. The recommended minimum temperature is -5ºC.

☀️ For healthy and stress-free growth, it needs semi-shade or a PAR radiation intensity greater than 20 moles of photons per day.

🌸 Small, bilabiate, white flowers. It blooms several times per season starting from 3-4 years old when temperature and water access conditions are adequate.

💧 It is opportunistic. It can be watered all year round, always letting the substrate dry out between waterings. It does not rest in summer like its Haworthia cousins.
