Native from Florida to the Amazon, also present in the Caribbean , it is known as a zigzag plant and belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family. It has excellent heat tolerance , needs shade and withstands temperatures of -2ºC. It blooms between May and June . Its irrigation is recommended between April and September .
