🌵▶ 3. INTERVENTION

PHYTOSANITARY:

The four star molecules recommended by agricultural health authorities in May 2023 for home gardening due to their efficacy and safety profile are:

ANTIFUNGAL: Difenoconazole 25%

ANTI-COATS: Piriproxifen 10%

ACARICIDE: Clofentezin 50%

ANTI-APHID/ANTI-WHITEFLY: Acetamiprid 0.5% (It can also be used as a rescue treatment for mealybugs in case of resistance to pyriproxyfen)

Remember what we always say: “Hit hard, but only once.” This way, you will avoid resistance and recurrences.

“As little as possible, but as much as necessary” is the motto of INTEGRATED PEST and DISEASE CONTROL based on environmental respect.

-------------

Pyriproxyfen and difenoconazole can be mixed, but with pyriproxyfen the treatments must be separated by 14 days and difenoconazole by 7 to 14 days.

If you mix both in the same application, it is advisable to wait 14 days between different applications.
