Native to South Africa , this plant is known as haworthia and belongs to the Xanthorrhoeaceae family. It has good heat tolerance , needs semi-shade and withstands temperatures of -1ºC. It blooms between March and June . In indoor cultivation, watering is recommended throughout the year (reduce in winter).
