🔍 Rare cultivar of Haworthiopsis attenuata var. radula with leaves bearing raised white tubercles that contrast strongly with the dark green color and yellowish and reddish variegation of its leaves. Its tough leaves store water to withstand periods of drought.

📍 Succulent native to the Eastern Cape region near Port Elizabeth in the Republic of South Africa. It belongs to the Aloeae tribe within the Asphodelaceae family. The species Haworthiopsis attenuata is the only representative of the Attenuatae Section, one of the seven sections described in the publication by Gildenhuys & Klopper (2016) on its taxonomy.

🌡️USDA ZONE 9a. It tolerates light frosts with temperatures down to -7ºC.  Rainfall in this region is more frequent in summer.

☀️For healthy, stress-free growth, it needs partial shade or a PAR radiation intensity of more than 20 moles of photons per day  

🌸 Small, white, bilabiate flowers. It blooms several times per season from 3-4 years of age when temperature and water availability conditions are suitable.  

💧It is opportunistic. It can be watered all year round, always allowing the substrate to dry out between waterings. It does not go dormant in summer like its cousins, the Haworthias.
