Originally from Mexico , this plant is known as the fire barrel and belongs to the Cactaceae family. It has excellent heat tolerance, needs sun and withstands temperatures of -7ºC. It blooms between June and August . In indoor cultivation, it is recommended to water it between March and September . Its development is improved by providing nutrition with Desert CHOICE® Cacti .
